Food has always been consistently excellent. The delivery service is able to get into our gated community with no problem without spilling a single drop so I can reuse the plastic bag the dinner came in!

We decided to get Chinese delivered from Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant for dinner last night because we were craving egg foo young and this was the closest Chinese restaurant that prepares this dish. We had some Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Egg Rolls, Shrimp Egg Foo Young, Four Seasons Lo Mein with Steamed Rice, Steamed Dumplings, and Soup. While I was a little disappointed that there was not any corn in the Egg Drop Soup we ordered, after the menu had it titled as Corn with Egg Drop Soup, I noted our food allergies when placing the order online (no white or red onions, spicy peppers, or garlic) and they made everything without these ingredients, which was just perfect! This will be the very first time a Chinese restaurant actually prepared our food without these ingredients, the first time, as asked. It was delicious!! 🍣🍜🍤🥠

The food is always great. This time I forgot to change my order from "pick up" to "delivery" ... When the kind woman at Four Seasons called to remind me of my order waiting for me , I then realized my error. She didn't even hesitate to ask if they could deliver it me! Our dinner was at the door within minutes of that phone call. Wonderfully nice people, thank you!

They didn't read any of the comments i'm leaving out onions and peanuts and I got the default. When I made them aware of it they tried to correct the situation but still got the order wrong (Give me white rice again). I really like their food but this last interaction was not so good. I had to drive to see them two times with only a sorry to send me on my way. The wonton soup is a little too salty. But the Kung pow beef was quite nice!

We requested to dine in and to have our food ready when we arrived. When we arrived our food was packed up as a to go order and there were several mistakes, we ordered 3 Hot and Sour soups and one egg drop, we received 2 Hot & sour, 1 egg drop & 1 wonton soup. Instead of the Sweet and Sour Pork we were given Sweet and Sour Chicken. We ordered 2 iced teas and 1 hot tea but they only had the 2 iced teas ready. With that being said, once we told them we had ordered to dine-in they corrected the issues but 3 out of 4 of us had to eat from Styrofoam containers, the one with the Sweet & Sour Pork received her food on a plate since they had to correct the order and the one that received the corrected soup received her soup and a glass bowl where as the rest of us ate from Styrofoam bowls. All of the staff were very nice and the waitresses were good and quick to refill our glasses and such. It was a nice atmosphere and the place was very clean. All in all if they had prepared it for us to eat there and prepared the order correct it would have been excellent.

I ordered the chicken fried rice with no vegetables for my son. It came with vegetables and hot red peppers (like you find in kung pow chicken). My son could not eat it. It was way too spicy. The egg rolls were very greasy.
